• Appointment is needed for Consular Section (visas, residence permits etc) and can be booked by phone on (90 312) 40 56 970 or online.
  ! – If you are not able to visit the embassy during the time you booked, please notify the embassy by phone or e-mail, so the embassy can help others who are waiting.
  
  
• Estonian visa applications can now be submitted online using the ONLINE APPLICATION FORM. The completed application has to be printed out, signed and presented to the embassy. Only a signed application is valid for applying for a visa.
  
  
• Please note that visa processing takes normally up to 3-7 (for citizens outside Turkey 10) working days, in some cases even up to 30 days.
  
  
• Information to citizens from third countrys - before applying for a visa from the Estonian Embassy in Turkey check if your passport is recognized by Estonia: http://www.vm.ee/?q=en/node/6466. Passport also must contain at least two blank pages for visas and be valid at least 3 months after the expiration date of the visa.

Tourist visa

1. A completed visa application form
2. Flight reservation (or voucher)
3. Hotel booking (or voucher)
4. Travel insurance (with a coverage of at least 30 000 EUR (469 400 EEK) for the entire duration of the stay in Estonia)
5. A coloured photograph (sized 35 x 45 mm)
6. A valid travel document
7. Proof of sufficient funds during stay in Estonia (eg.documents confirming means of support, employment, income, support from family members, etc)
8. Visa fee 

Visa for visiting friends and family

1. A completed visa application form
2. Documents stating marital or family status (marriage certificate, birth certificate), or letter/e-mail written by the host
3. Travel insurance (with a coverage of at least 30 000 EUR (469 400 EEK) for the entire duration of the stay in Estonia)
4. A coloured photograph (sized 35 x 45 mm)
5. A valid travel document
6. Proof of sufficient funds during stay in Estonia (eg.documents confirming means of support, employment, income, support from family members, etc)
